Tek Fitness did a complete refit of the resistance machines in the School/Community Fitness suite...

June 2008 - New Appointments at TEK Fitness TEK Fitness has recently appointed 2 new technicians to its team - Craig and Jack join the team to start their comprehensive training programme as service technicians.

November 2007 - Tek and Proacive Fitness. TEK engineers are now providing servicing and breakdown coverage to Proactive to support their active service contracts.

September 2007 - New Appointments at TEK Fitness TEK Fitness has recently appointed Glen Barnes as service manager to oversee day to day running of the service department.

April 2007 - Press release! TEK is featured in this months Health Club Management magazine, explaining the benefits and pit falls of purchasing reconditioned fitness equipment.

At TEK Fitness we offer 12 months parts and labour warranty on all fully refurbishedequipment we sell and we are always on hand to offer advice during or after the warranty  period has expired. We also offer extended warranties and Service Contracts on our refurbished equipment and have no problem in covering our work for longer than the standard 12 months.

TEK looks forward to 2006! TEK Fitness has over the past 12 months grown considerably and has gone from strength to strength. November 2005 - TEK Fitness / Tomahawk Rolls-Out first of many. TEK Fitness has recently installed the first of the new Tomahawk / RBK Indoor Cycles into a site in Devon. The X Series bike has been greeted with much excitement since its launch at the LIW show this year mainly because of the patented “Smart Drive System", a comprehensive and fully enclosed friction clutch system which ensures outstanding user safety especially in such environments as youth development or lower limb rehabilitation.

September 2005 - Technicians Back to School?!? Our technicians have just completed yet another training course, this time a course run by Cybex International. This puts our technicians up to date with all aspects of Cybex CV and Resistance equipment, imcluding their fantastic ARC Crosstrainer.

August 2005 - Tek Fitness Becomes Approved Tomahawk RBK Sales Agents! TEK Fitness are proud to announce that we know have another first class product to offer within our sales portfolio following a further link with Tomahawk RBK to become an approved sales agent. With the imminent launch of 3 new models at this years LIW show, it should be an interesting few months ahead within the indoor cycling market

August 2005 - Big Changes in the Sales Department This month welcomes many new arrivals in the TEK Fitness sales department. The first addition is James Cawston who has taken on the role of sales manager. James has over 3 years experience in the industry within a sales role and is sure to bring changes and fresh ideas. The other additions to the team come within the product portfolio, with many new lines now available to give TEK Fitness a first class range of products. These additions include Johnson, Matrix, Fitnex and Concept 2 in the CV area, with Matrix, GervaSport and Unique in the strength division, as well as a full range of free-weights and accessories.

May 2005 - Tek & Tomahawk in Link Up. TEK Fitness is now the sole service and installation provider to Tomahawk Indoor Cycles in the UK. TEK will now provide all logistical, service and spare part solutions to Tomahawks UK customers. This is a similiar service to what we provide to SHOKK, youth fitness equipment suppliers in the UK.
