Delivery 

• Where items are in stock we endeavour to deliver within 5 working days of the order confirmation.
• Please note that refurbished equipment may take up to 21 days for delivery.  We will advise of the timescale on receipt of your order. 
• Deliveries are made Monday – Friday during the hours of 8am and 6pm.
• Please call our office for a quote on delivery costs for multiple item purchases.
• Please note that large items are usually delivered on a pallet and are delivered fully assembled.
• Am, pm, timed or Saturday deliveries are available at additional cost. Please call our office to discuss your requirements.
• Please notify us of any restricted access for delivery vehicles at your address.
• An installation service is available. Please call our office if this is something you require as there are additional costs for this service.
• All delivery costs quoted on this website are applicable to mainland UK deliveries only.  Please call our office to discuss deliveries to any other areas worldwide.

Returning Goods 

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, our returns policy allows for you to return the item, having notified Tek Fitness Ltd of your intention within 7 days of you receiving the goods.  You will be given a returns reference authorising the return.  All returns must be shipped back with freight pre-paid, unused, disassembled and must arrive in an ‘as new’ condition. All returns must be packed in ALL the original packaging.  The item will be inspected on receipt and providing the conditions set out above are met, a refund will be made. Shipping and handling charges will however not be refunded.

• If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal & a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied
